Which methods of payment do you accept?   
Cash or monthly account please 
Are you insured?   I have limited liability insurance in the event that your dog harms or damages person or property whilst in my care and custody and control insurance in the event that your pet is harmed due to my negligence, ie my lead snaps and your pet runs into the road.  I have also been police checked.
What happens regards key collection and return?  I will always visit you prior to undertaking an assignment to learn about your pet.  Keys can be collected at this time and arrangements discussed for their return.  If you choose to leave your keys with me, I am a telephone call away in emergency situations if you lose your keys, have them stolen or lock yourself out.  If you are delayed getting home with heavy traffic or unexpectedly called away on business I can help by visiting your pets. 
What do you do with my keys?   Your keys are kept securely and never marked with your name.  In the event that I lose your keys my insurance covers lock replacement on your property.  
Do you work out of hours?  Yes, please contact for details.
What is your cancellation policy?   Cancellation within 24 hours will incur full charges.  
What do you do in an emergency?  In the unlikely event of an emergency you will be contacted immediately and notified.
What happens if my pet is ill?  You will be contacted by phone and instructions taken.  In the event that you cannot be contacted your pet will be taken to your nominated veterinary.  Please note that all veterinary bills are the responsibility of owners.
